If you've received a Life Activation with me, two small bottles came home with you: Purificado and Crystalis. I've written before about the spagyric craft behind them — the centuries-old alchemical process of drawing out and recombining a substance's essence. This time, I want to go a layer deeper: what each bottle actually does, and why one is taken in the morning and the other at night.

Purificado — for the morning

Purificado works at a cellular level, supporting the body in clearing what has accumulated from everyday exposure — environmental toxins, and the ordinary wear of viral, bacterial and fungal load we all carry simply by living in the world. Crystalis is taken in the evening for the same reason Purificado is taken in the morning, in reverse: seven drops under the tongue, ideally while your body is settling toward rest or already asleep. This kind of release does its finest work while you're not holding on so tightly — while the conscious mind has stepped aside and let the rest of you take over.
